A comprehensive renovation of an existing residence and garden in Mount Martha was executed by Studio BLAC. The project involved redesigning the facade, relocating the pool, creating pedestrian access from the front of the property, and incorporating an open fireplace, BBQ, and pizza oven.

The original home was adorned with over 20 palm trees. We have maintained the original intent of the property and will replant these majestic palms.
